Where the lifestyle and culture of the people, for the most part, are the same as those of their ancestors.

But modern customs and the digital age threaten them.

The province of New Ireland is a network of islands interconnected by the sea, its culture and its environment.

What is initially hidden from view is what is most threatened: coral reefs.

Without them, life is in danger in this part of the world.

This is a project with multiple proposals:

- A film with cultural, environmental and educational purposes.
- The creation of a regional Marine Protected Area (MPA)
- The regeneration of coral reefs
